Who we need...
- Job title: Project manager/MRM consultant
- Reports to: Program manager/senior MRM consultant on deliverables, priorities and planning
- Consults with: Managing director on progress, education and knowledge
- Location: Amsterdam, the Netherlands, occasionally traveling abroad
What you do...
Key areas of responsibility:
- Understand the operational marketing challenges of the client
- Understand the agreed business solution, benefits and value
- Gather detailed business requirements
- Translate business requirements into process design
- Translate process design into functional design
- Test process & system functionality
- Assist client in change management and user adoption activities
- Manage time and deliverables in regards to (sub)project
What you bring...
Key areas of experience, skills and characteristics:
- Having worked in a marketing function on the brand owner or agency side for 2-3 years
- Involved in process re-engineering projects (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM)
- (University) degree in marketing, business management, information technology
- Natural drive for structure, logic and a fascination for technology
- Clear communication skills
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is desirable
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic project management skills (Prince2)
- Willingness to travel abroad for typically 2 days, but occasionally 2 weeks
